Grinding or sanding floors involves using various grits of diamond discs or sanding pads that allows for an assortment of shine, reflectivity, density, and durability characteristics to rise to the surface. In addition to the mechanical element of chemicals/products are used which fill the surface pores and increases the hardness of the concrete or timber.
